The American Psychiatric Association created a toolkit for Well-Being Ambassadors, which are essentially wellness champions within organizations . It provides guidance on how these individuals can advocate for system-level changes, run wellness activities, and promote a culture of well-being. Adopting such a toolkit helps an organization formally identify and train physician champions who will lead resilience efforts (such as support groups, workshops, policy advocacy) with support from administration.
