Coalition for Physician & APP Well-Being Abstract Author Policy All authors will abide by all deadlines set forth by the Coalition.  The Coalition does not endorse any products or services provided by outside vendors. Therefore, promotions or advertisements of any kind are not allowed in educational sessions and abstracts. Submission of session or abstract proposals from commercial exhibitors or sponsors promoting their products or services is prohibited.  No changes are allowed to be made to the accepted abstract after the revision deadline If a presenter needs to be replaced after confirmation of acceptance due to emergent circumstances, the Coalition must be notified in writing via email (info@forphysician.org) and presenters must receive The Coalition’s approval prior to making any changes.  The author representing and presenting the accepted poster must register for the conference and pay in full by July 3, 2026. Abstract proposals should not be submitted if the presenter’s attendance at the Annual Educational Conference is questionable. Posters without at least one registered presenter will not be displayed at the conference. ​ Cost to attend Please consider the costs of participation prior to submitting your abstract for review.  The Coalition has an “appeal to attend letter” if needed to plead your case for attendance to event.  Registration: $700  Other expenses to consider:  Airfare, transportation/parking, hotel  ​Notification Timeline  Conference Registration Deadline: July 3, 2026  Submission Deadline: April 3, 2026  Notification of Acceptance: May 1, 2026  Revision Deadline: May 29, 2026.
