The Summit brings together leading voices in physician and APP well-being to deliver actionable steps and reportable results that improve the lives of our caregivers, teams, and hospital systems.

Speakers will be required to submit a CV or resume, along with a description of their session topic, learning objectives, and a headshot. During and after the submission period, select speakers will be asked to complete a virtual interview with members of our Accreditation Committee. Accepted speakers receive a considerable discount to attend.

Selected abstracts notified on a rolling basis through May 14, 2027.

The Summit is a prime opportunity to share insightful research in the realm of physician and APP well-being, engagement, and best practices.

Poster abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis through Monday, May 3, 2027. You will be expected to submit a written abstract to be reviewed by our Accreditation Committee. If your abstract is selected, you will be asked to submit a PDF of your final poster prior to printing. Selected poster presenters will receive a considerable discount to attend.

Selected residents will be notified by May 14, 2027.

The Dianne McCallister Memorial Resident Scholarship program is a merit-based initiative that waives registration and lodging costs for residents, increasing access to pioneers and networking with seasoned professionals in the physician and APP well-being space. Physician residents and fellows eligible to apply, as well as APPs that meet certain conditions to receive a scholarship.

All applicants will submit a letter of approval from their Program Director and a personal narrative focused on well-being.
