SPECIAL LIVE EVENT: February 11, 2025 4:00 PM in Eastern Time (US and Canada)

This Town Hall meeting is an opportunity for Coalition community members to express their needs, challenges, and aspirations with respect to entrepreneurship and work-life balance in healthcare. Collectively, we will explore ways in which Prospology and the Coalition may collaborate to provide tailored, ongoing support to members interested in exploring entrepreneurial ventures.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify how entrepreneurial skills and initiatives may complement their healthcare careers, contributing to improved work-life balance and professional satisfaction.

  2. Assess how entrepreneurial avenues such as medical communications and consulting may enhance their current roles within the healthcare sector.

  3. Request custom resources that may support their entrepreneurial ventures and those of their peers/subordinates.

As this is a town-hall style event, we request that all attendees come ready with their questions and experiences to share with the speaker and facilitator.

Speakers

  • Sophie Ash, BSc (Hons), DipION

    CEO of Prospology

  • Jacob Metts, MBA

Jacob Metts is the Corporate Trainer for AdventHealth Physician Well-Being & The Coalition for Physician Well-Being, specializing in fostering professional growth, leading Mission Fit change, & decreasing clinician burnout through systemic change.

Every quarter on the third Friday of the month, The Coalition for Physician Well-Being curates a special 60-minute webinar dedicated to expanding knowledge on physician well-being. Delivered by recognized experts in the field, each session elucidates a topic crucial to the holistic understanding of physician wellness.

Our webinars are thoughtfully aligned with the quadrants of the Medicus Integra© Survey—a tool designed by the Coalition that embodies our belief that physician well-being is intrinsically linked to quality patient care and a thriving organizational culture. The Medicus Integra© pinpoints areas of Resilience (RSL), Learning (LRN), Operations (OPR), and Culture (CLT) as foundational pillars for comprehensive physician well-being.

From sessions like "Stopping the Bleed: Creative Ways to Retain Your Physician Workforce" by Dr. Jen Barna to "Spirituality: The Impact of Faith on Healing" by Doug Wysockey-Johnson, our webinars provide insights to rejuvenate purpose and passion in medicine.

While access to past webinars is an exclusive benefit for our members, we warmly invite everyone to register and be part of our upcoming sessions. Join us in our mission to transform the narrative of physician well-being—one webinar at a time.
