Every quarter on the third Friday of the month, The Coalition for Physician & APP Well-Being curates a special 60-minute webinar dedicated to expanding knowledge on clinician well-being. Delivered by recognized experts in the field, each session elucidates a topic crucial to the holistic understanding of physician wellness.
Our webinars are thoughtfully aligned with the quadrants of the Medicus Integra© Survey—a tool designed by the Coalition that embodies our belief that physician well-being is intrinsically linked to quality patient care and a thriving organizational culture. The Medicus Integra© pinpoints areas of Resilience (RSL), Learning (LRN), Operations (OPR), and Culture (CLT) as foundational pillars for comprehensive physician well-being.
