Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in partnership with The Doctors Company, developed a free lecture series on financial and workplace well-being for doctors . It’s essentially a mini financial curriculum covering investing, insurance, loan repayment, taxes, practice finances, etc., geared for early-career physicians (but useful to all). The series is available online for free CME. An organization could encourage physicians to take this course or even organize watch parties for each module followed by Q&A with a financial advisor. The program’s goal is to help doctors “take control of their financial future…so they can focus on patient care” . Utilizing established programs like this shows the organization is providing comprehensive, high-quality financial education at no cost to staff.
