As mentioned under B.1, MGB’s backup child care service can also serve after-hours needs when events occur. They allow up to 20 days/year of emergency care , which physicians might use if an evening meeting or night shift arises and normal child care is unavailable. While this is more of a general benefit, it shows institutional commitment to helping with child care in a pinch – including outside normal hours.
