In the past 15 years, concepts surrounding physician well-being have evolved dramatically along with the seismic changes in how we practice and the systems we practice within.  In this presentation we will look at how this body of research and literature has evolved and we’ll spend some time exploring how our values and sense of calling must inform the future of our profession.
