An example of deploying wellness “champions” at a health system. Community Health Network has volunteer physician/APP well-being champions as part of an advisory group to promote wellness across the organization . These champions serve as local advocates and points-of-contact for wellness – any physician can reach out to a champion with ideas or concerns . This structure empowers front-line clinicians to champion resilience initiatives and ensures feedback from the medical staff is heard by leadership.
